“I think new writers are too worried that it has all been said before. Sure it has, but not by you. — Asha Dornfest

Anybody can write. All you need to do is reading a thousand books, and your words will flow like a river. Oh, psst, also you should read this article to know how to hook the reader’s attention and how to apply your knowledge to your content. So this is a step-by-step instruction on how to write appealing content, and hence we are going to get started.

1. Get to know your audience better

You need to do research beforehand and make sure the demographics you have picked up are the appropriate ones for your brand and product. Create a buyer persona and get to know your consumers in person.

2. Select a plain angle to your topic

Prevent using a wide approach — be precise. Things being exceptional are deemed as genuine. Broad topics are overwhelming, for instance, if you choose a subject like “The universe” it will be humdrum for yourself to cover it and monotonous for readers. Instead, choose more narrow themes like “Planets and Stars”, “ The Solar System”, etc.

3. Systematize your blog

Organize your thoughts before you start writing, it will help you make your content focused and keep you from forgetting any significant points. Imagine your skeleton: although you don’t see it, it supports your body. In the same way, although a reader won’t see your outline, outlining in advance will support your blog by contributing its structure.

4. Grab a mellifluous heading

Your title must be oriented to either solve problems or offer the best, quickest, and easiest ways of doing something. It can contain comparisons and scientifically approved facts as well.

Here is a tip: Include a “stress keyword” to boost your article to get found out in search engines.

5. Add illustrations

Photos and illustrations are tasty spices to every article and blog post. They make your content more vivid and captivating. Only make sure you choose appropriate pictures that are closely linked to your topic.

To sum up, let’s recall what we have learned:

  • Organizing your thoughts in advance helps to avoid neglecting any important aspects.
  • Graphics are delicious additions to your article.
  • Your title should either solve issues or give the greatest, quickest, and easiest ways to do anything.
  • The more colorful and compelling your material, the better.
